For orders under $300, Gold Coast delivery is a flat rate of $30.
For any orders over that, your delivery is FREE
A member of our friendly team delivers Gold Coast orders directly to your door!
Australia-Wide Freight Shipping
We ship everywhere in Australia — whether you’re in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or out in regional and remote areas. No surprises at checkout, no calculating by weight or distance. However, when ordering with freight shipping, please keep in mind that the freight company will not deliver your order directly to your door. You will need to pick up your order from your local depot.
Pick up
Our outlet for pickup is located at 4/29 Upton St, Bundall, QLD. You are welcome to come in any time in store to collect your order between our opening hours, just bring your email confirmation! If you need to pick your order up outside of our opening hours, please give us a call and make an appointmemt to collect your order.
How Your Order Is Shipped
Wall panels are long, large-format items, so we ship them via freight carrier rather than standard post. We carefully pack your order to protect the panels in transit. When collecting your panels, please keep in mind that they come in packs of two unless your order is for an odd amount of panels, in which case there will be a box that includes a single panel.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Local Delivery
Gold Coast delivered orders will typically arrive 1-2 days after your order is placed. Our friendly team will communicate with you throughout the delivery process on suited times for drop off.
Freight Shipping
Freight shipping orders may take longer depending on freight schedules. If you need your order by a certain date, get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s realistic for your area. Again, please note when ordering with freight shipping, your order will not be delivered directly to your door. Your order will be needing to be picked up from your local depot.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know straight away if anything has been damaged in transit. We recommend having someone available to help carry panels, as they’re long, heavy items best handled by two people.
